GoTo Announces Leadership Changes: Peter Mahoney Named Chief Commercial Officer, Nicholas Asadorian as Interim CFO

GoTo has announced that Peter Mahoney, formerly the Chief Marketing Officer, will now serve as Chief Commercial Officer, managing both sales and marketing. Nicholas Asadorian, previously Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, steps in as Interim Chief Financial Officer.

Mahoney, who joined GoTo in August 2023, will expand his role to oversee sales in addition to marketing, taking over from former Chief Revenue Officer Bill Robinson. Asadorian will assume CFO responsibilities from CEO Rich Veldran, who had been handling both CEO and CFO duties since January 2024.

CEO Veldran highlighted that these changes aim to strengthen GoTo’s operational strategy and growth. Mahoney brings extensive experience from roles at Plannuh and Nuance Communications, while Asadorian’s eight-year tenure at GoTo and prior experience at Dell EMC enriches his new role.
