Elastic Introduces Express Migration for Legacy SIEM Users

Elastic (NYSE: ESTC), known for its Search AI capabilities, has unveiled Elastic Express Migration, a new initiative designed to facilitate and speed up the transition from outdated SIEM solutions to Elastic’s advanced AI-driven security analytics. This program offers two main benefits: migration credits to reduce dual-vendor costs during the switch and service credits for Elastic’s professional migration services.

Traditional SIEM systems are being replaced by AI-powered security analytics in modern SOCs, which automate many manual processes using advanced Search AI. However, migrating from a legacy SIEM has traditionally been complex and time-consuming, involving data onboarding and the transfer of detection rules, compounded by the challenge of existing multi-year contracts.

Elastic addresses these issues with its AI-based Automatic Import feature, which simplifies the integration of custom data. Combined with over 400 prebuilt integrations and tools like Elastic AI Assistant, which helps convert existing detection rules and leverage advanced querying with ES|QL, the Express Migration program aims to streamline the transition to Elastic’s platform, offering both efficiency and exceptional ROI.
