LiaPlus AI, a provider of AI-driven customer support solutions, has raised INR 2 Crore in a Seed Round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The round also saw participation from Chandigarh Angel Network (CAN) and Growth91. The new funding will be allocated towards advancing product and technology development, expanding the team, and bolstering sales and marketing efforts.
LiaPlus AI is revolutionizing customer support with its AI-Employees’ platform, which delivers 24/7 multilingual support in over 18 languages, manages millions of calls per hour, and includes advanced emotion recognition capabilities. The platform has established a strong presence across India, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia.
Notably, LiaPlus AI is the only Indian company to have received a SAR 150,000 grant from Saudi Arabia and was recognized with the Best Pitch award at the ASU+GSV Summit 2024.
Shailesh Jaiswal, Co-Founder and CEO of LiaPlus AI, holds a postgraduate degree in Organizational Behaviour from the University of Delhi and brings extensive consulting experience in prompt engineering and customer support automation. Co-Founder and COO Smridhi Seth, also an MA Postgraduate from the University of Delhi, has a background in data science and behavioral analysis, with a distinguished record in AI/ML research and client management.
