Adani Airports Introduces ‘aviio’ – A New Platform for Enhanced Passenger Experience

Ahmedabad, 10 September 2024: Adani Airports Holdings Ltd (AAHL), part of the Adani Group, has unveiled aviio, a groundbreaking digital platform for the airport sector. This innovative system aims to unify airport stakeholders and enhance passenger experiences by providing real-time updates on security checks, wait times, gate changes, and baggage tracking.

aviio will support AAHL’s operations across its seven existing airports and a new one slated for mid-2025. Designed as a comprehensive digital tool, aviio will set new standards in airport management with its Smart Airport Operations System, serving as a model for global airport operations.

The platform includes an advanced Airport Planning and Operation Centre (APOC) with significantly enhanced features for data-driven decision-making. The aviio app will cater to all airport partners, including AAHL staff, airlines, ground handlers, and retail operators, ensuring effective collaboration. CISF personnel will also use the app to improve coordination.
