Akamai and Kyndryl Partner to Deliver Zero Trust Segmentation Services

Akamai Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKAM), a leading cloud company focused on online security, has announced a partnership with Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), the largest provider of IT infrastructure services globally, to offer Micro-Segmentation Implementation Services utilizing Akamai Guardicore Segmentation.

Kyndryl’s certified teams worldwide will provide implementation and managed services for Akamai Guardicore Segmentation through the Guardicore certified Service Provider (GcSP) program. An Akamai study revealed a staggering 143% increase in ransomware victims globally, driven by the exploitation of zero-day and one-day vulnerabilities, highlighting the urgent need for a Zero Trust approach.
