Announced on October 15, 2024, this collaboration is part of Mahindra Finance’s digital transformation strategy and seeks to expand its MSME lending portfolio.
By adopting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Mahindra Finance will leverage AI to create a unified view of customers, boosting productivity and offering secure, future-ready solutions. The platform will integrate data, analytics, automation, and low-code development, streamlining credit assessment, improving risk management, and ensuring faster loan disbursals at competitive rates.
Salesforce India CEO, Arundhati Bhattacharya, emphasized that this partnership will help Mahindra Finance maximize data utilization, adapt to customer needs, and drive growth.
