Intel has introduced two new Ethernet product lines—the Intel® Ethernet E830 Controllers and Network Adapters and the Intel® Ethernet E610 Controllers and Network Adapters—to address the increasing demands of enterprise, telecommunications, cloud, edge, high-performance computing (HPC), and artificial intelligence (AI) applications. These solutions aim to provide robust, high-performance connectivity while enhancing energy efficiency and security, ultimately reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO).
The Intel Ethernet E830 series is designed to deliver high-performance network connectivity with improved performance per watt, catering to demanding workloads. Meanwhile, the Intel Ethernet E610 series incorporates the latest advancements in 10GBASE-T technology, optimizing network management and performance.
By integrating these Ethernet solutions with Intel’s cutting-edge Xeon® processors, businesses can build scalable, data-intensive applications that accelerate innovation, reduce costs, and gain a competitive edge. These products are particularly beneficial for data center and edge environments, offering significant improvements in performance per watt and robust security features.
Bob Ghaffari, Intel’s Vice President of the Network and Edge Group, stated, “In today’s interconnected world, networking is essential to the success of business and technology transformation. With the launch of the Intel Ethernet E830 and E610 products, we are helping customers meet the growing demand for high-performance, energy-efficient solutions that optimize network infrastructures, lower operational costs, and enhance TCO.”
These new Ethernet products are now available and are expected to play a crucial role in modernizing network infrastructures across various industries.
