What is the focus of Veeras Infotek?
Veeras Infotek focuses on delivering business outcomes to our customers through Information technology.
How do you look at the Business Application, Infrastructure Integration and Information Integrity solutions today?
We have changed from business Applications to Business Assurance primarily looking more into Analytics rather than applications in line with our thought to add value and deliver business outcomes that impact the P&L and Balance Sheets of Companies. In Infrastructure Integration as well as in Information Integrity, the key is to extract ROI that is in line with customers’ expectations or exceed them. The key is look at current infrastructure and look at optimizing them for better ROI.
What are the solutions that you provide to the end customers?
We focus on five competencies around virtualization and private cloud, Security, Storage, backup and DR, Business Assurance and Infrastructure management services.
What are the segments you are targeting for your products?
We have moved from products focus to business outcomes. Products cater to all, business outcomes are to a specific vertical since it needs understanding of the business of the customer. We are right now building expertise on the ITES, Manufacturing and BFSI segments.
How big is the market for Veeras Infotek?
The market is as large as our mind can conceive. We can provide similar services not just in India but across the globe. I see the worldwide market as the addressable market for Veeras Infotek.
What are the innovations that have been developed in Business Assurance, Infrastructure Integration and Information Integrity solutions?
We are building IP on ROI calculators, metric’s to measure efficiencies and performance enhancement, relevance to the business outcomes.
What are the challenges do you face while applying the solutions?
To reach the right authority, to get critical information that will make a difference to the solutions that we need to propose, quality of manpower that will be able to make meaningful interpretations of customer expectations, vendor policy changes on pricing support from first come first served to value built support.
How do you overcome the challenges?
Challenges are plenty and extremely different in nature. Since they are situational it cannot be broadly classified into just a single statement. To adapt, adopt, building flexibility and resilience is the culture that we need to build in the organization. As long as we realize that customer is the one who feeds us and we need to meet their expectations, we can overcome challenges.
What is your go to market strategy to position your products?
Our go to market strategy is to prepare, position, enhance, empower and enable. The entire focus is in building Business Value.
Where is the growth likely to come for Veeras?
Services are the key focus area and we are working on multiple models of services that will work towards our growth in the coming years.
