Adobe has appointed former IBM Executive Prativa Mohapatra as Vice-President and Managing Director to their India business. She would be leading Adobe Indian operations throughout Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Document Cloud, and will be reporting to Simon Tate, President, Adobe Asia Pacific (APAC). Mohapatra is Adobe India’s first female leader and succeeds Kulmeet Bawa who left the firm in June 2019.
“Digital has become mission-critical for businesses and Adobe’s market-leading technologies are seeing strong momentum. Prativa’s passion for technology, and ability to build stellar teams, will take our India business to the next level of growth,” said Tate.
Mohapatra has over 25 years of experience and has joined Adobe from IBM herein she worked as APAC Digital Sales Vice President since 2002. She previously managed IBM India and South Asia’s sales. She began her career with PwC India.
