ISODA to Hold AGM on September 18

Infotech Software Dealers Association (ISODA) will host its 12^th AGM on September 18, 2021. The software association has decided to hold the AGM online to enable all the members to attend as it does not need travelling and physical presence.

Agenda for the AGM includes conducting election for the Vice Chairperson and the Vice President of the association, presenting the last year’s financial report as well as proposing other resolutions.

According to the statement released from the association, Alok Gupta of Softmart Solutions, who was the Vice Chairman in last term, will be promoted as Chairperson of ISODA. Jitesh Chauhaan of Rubik Infotech, who was the Vice President in the last term, will be promoted as President of ISODA. In addition, Pradeep Daga of Suntronix, who is the General Secretary, and Ravi Jalan of Shakti Enterprise, who is the Treasurer of the association, will continue on Board of ISODA for this year.
