“What a good budget! 9.29% GDP growth is something which we are all looking forward to hearing from the honorable finance minister and then very goal-oriented budget this one.
The 5G rollout, the auction is supposed to get completed in 2023, which is very good news because that will give a massive boost to the digital transformation initiatives that we are planning to do. We are also looking at our fantastic boost to the MSME segment, which will help the government of India’s lookout to make MSME contribute closer on 40% of India’s GDP right at this moment, it is around 29%. Those two things are really encouraging for the industry at large.” said, Rajarshi Bhattacharyya, Co-Founder, Chairman & MD, ProcessIT Global.

He further added, Most importantly, today, the government is actually spending a lot of money in terms of digital initiatives within the inter-department and encouraging a complete transformation in the financial sector. So that will actually help a lot of growth for companies like us who are startups and who are in the process of getting into a giant mod, we will do a leap of faith with this government initiatives. So anything specific that I would like to address is the government’s overall budget towards the infrastructure management, which is massively boosting infrastructure rollout, the realty investments would start coming in, which will create a lot of jobs.

So, if you look at the realty sector actually employs a lot of unorganized labor inside the market. So that contributes close to 20 – 25% of the Indian working population. Realty investments are also going to help the economy and by and large, we are looking forward to a fantastic year ahead. And hopefully, this budget provides the impetus which is required for the economy to turn around and achieve its mark. Maybe it is missing by a couple of years but we are definitely set on the right note to become a $5 trillion dollar economy.”
