Delhivery One serves as a comprehensive hub that integrates various vital shipping services crucial for businesses. These services encompass post-purchase communication, analytics, international shipping, seamless integration with sales channels, efficient non-delivery report (NDR) management, and more. This initiative particularly benefits smaller businesses by enabling them to ship items without adhering to a minimum order value, requiring only a wallet recharge of INR 500. Moreover, it extends discounted shipping rates for parcels exceeding 5 kg in weight. Notably, Delhivery One empowers these small enterprises to effortlessly reach over 220 countries, leveraging Delhivery’s strategic partnership with FedEx.

Additionally, an AI-powered return-to-origin (RTO) predictor, designed to enhance efficiency by anticipating and mitigating returns, is in the pipeline.
