Datadog (NASDAQ: DDOG), the leading AI-powered observability and security platform, has named Hitachi Systems India, Zoos Global, and QualityKiosk Technologies as winners of the Datadog Partner Recognition Awards for India. Announced at the Datadog Summit Bengaluru, the recognitions reflect outstanding contributions to customer success, innovation, and partnership.

Hitachi Systems India received the Services Excellence Award for delivering sophisticated, end-to-end enterprise implementations across core Datadog observability pillars, including Real User Monitoring (RUM), driving measurable business outcomes through a scalable, partner-led delivery model.

Zoos Global received the Customer Impact Award for driving significant customer impact and business growth in collaboration with Datadog. Zoos has consistently led high-value customer engagements, influenced strategic accounts, and expanded existing customer relationships, driving unique customer outcomes through deeper platform adoption.

QualityKiosk Technologies was recognized with the Enablement Excellence Award for rapidly building certifications across core Datadog observability pillars and establishing a structured training approach that enables high-quality customer implementations.

“India is one of Datadog’s fast growing markets, and we’re investing deeply across Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai,” said Namit D’Cruz, Regional Vice President for Enterprise in India and SAARC. “Observability today goes far beyond IT monitoring. Business, compliance, and security teams rely on real-time data to make critical decisions, especially as AI reshapes how they build and run applications. From GPU costs and model performance to prompt injection risks and data privacy, these are now core observability challenges, creating new opportunities for partners to engage at the executive level.”

Eric Gaines, Channel & Alliances Director, APAC at Datadog, said, “We are not just engaging with these partners but collaborating with them to build new platform-enabled revenue streams. The best of our partners are leveraging our solutions to help clients make data-driven decisions around AI usage, digital experience, improving cost efficiency, and strengthening security.”

The awards highlight partners driving Datadog’s growth in India and reinforcing its ecosystem-led approach. Through investments in training, accreditation, and go-to-market support, Datadog is enabling partners to unlock new revenue streams and deliver implementation, managed services, and security outcomes across regulated and high-growth industries.
