Rashi Peripherals Limited reported consolidated net profit of ₹130.7 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, up 120.8% year on year, as revenue from operations increased 48.8% to ₹6,185.1 crore. The company said it delivered its highest-ever quarterly and half-year profits, alongside its expansion beyond conventional ICT distribution.
For India’s reseller and system integrator community, the results draw attention to Rashi’s growing emphasis on solution-based selling. Its strategy combines core ICT distribution with enterprise technology and embedded and semiconductor solutions, creating additional avenues for engagement across its existing channel network.
Profitability strengthened during the quarter, with EBITDA rising 112.2% to ₹220.1 crore and EBITDA margin expanding by 106 basis points to 3.56%. For the first half of FY27, revenue reached ₹11,287 crore, while net profit increased 94.6% to ₹235.3 crore.
Enterprise Capabilities Broaden the Partner Opportunity
Rashi’s acquisition of a 67% stake in VDA Infosolutions expands its capabilities across enterprise IT, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, system integration and managed IT services. The company is also pursuing deeper customer engagement through solution selling across its network of more than 10,000 channel partners.
From an itVARnews perspective, this expansion raises an important channel consideration: how partners can combine product supply with implementation expertise and ongoing services to address a larger share of customer requirements. Access to a broader portfolio could support those conversations, although individual partner outcomes will depend on technical readiness and execution.
AI Training and Semiconductor Venture Add New Focus
Rashi also conducted AI bootcamps across six cities, covering accelerated computing, AI workstations and enterprise AI workloads. Separately, its joint venture with Japan’s Restar Corporation targets embedded and semiconductor solutions, combining distribution with local design, engineering and technical support.
For channel partners, the key development is the widening scope of the distributor relationship. Alongside product availability and market reach, technical enablement and access to specialist capabilities are becoming central to Rashi’s proposition. The next area to watch is how this broader platform translates into executable opportunities for resellers and system integrators.
